Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Sterling Expressage wants everyone to be able to access our products, services, and information. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our practical accessibility standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and meeting a technical standard does not by itself guarantee compliance with every applicable law.

Accessibility assistance and feedback

If you have difficulty using our website, need information in another format, or would like help placing an order, please email our accessibility contact at sterlingexpressage@gmail.com with the subject “Accessibility assistance.”

Please include the page or product you were using, what went wrong, the browser or assistive technology involved if you know it, and the best way for us to respond. We will review your request and work with you to provide reasonable access to the information, product, or service.

Measures we are taking

  • Using semantic headings, labels, alternative text, and keyboard-operable controls.
  • Maintaining readable color contrast and visible keyboard focus.
  • Supporting text enlargement, narrow-screen reflow, and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Testing important shopping tasks with automated checks and manual assistive-technology review.
  • Including accessibility in future content and storefront updates.

Third-party services

Some parts of the shopping experience, including payment, account, and checkout services, may be provided by third parties. We welcome reports about barriers in those services and will help identify an accessible way to complete the task when possible.

Ongoing improvement

We review accessibility as the website changes. We do not use an accessibility overlay as a substitute for accessible design, development, content, and testing.
